• Reason for return

Step 3: Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Step 4: Ship the Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
